Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for an Enterprise Systems Industrial Placement opportunity in our Oxford, United Kingdom office. This role offers an excellent chance for a university student to gain hands-on experience in the field of enterprise systems within a fast paced and exciting environment.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimisation of enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse system requirements
- Support the implementation and testing of system updates and new features
- Help troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users
- Contribute to documentation of system processes and user guides
- Participate in projects aimed at improving system efficiency and functionality
- Assist in data analysis and report generation using enterprise systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Basic understanding of enterprise systems, databases, and system architecture
- Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Keen interest in learning about business processes and their relation to enterprise systems
- Previous internships or projects related to enterprise systems would be advantageous
- Must be able to work on-site in Oxford, United Kingdom for the duration of the placement
